He has collaborated with leading Canadian broadcasters like CTV, MTV, CBC, and Corus Entertainment and expanded internationally, working with Hollywood talent to develop high-profile projects. A skilled leader, Richard assembles top-tier creative teams, secures strategic partnerships, and drives projects from concept to delivery, blending creativity, innovation, and market strategy to create content that resonates and leaves a lasting impression.

Gregory Noveck | Executive Producer

Gregory Noveck is a seasoned producer and creative executive with over 20 years of experience across film, television, and digital media. He has held senior positions at major studios including Warner Bros., DC Comics, SYFY, and Paramount+, and is widely recognized for his expertise in adapting complex literary and comic book properties for the screen.

His diverse portfolio includes major features such as Watchmen, RED, The Dark Knight, A History of Violence, and Constantine, as well as series including La Femme Nikita, Smallville, Highlander, and Wild Cards. During his eight-year tenure at DC Comics, Gregory launched the successful DC Universe Animated Movies franchise and played a key role in expanding the company’s IP into film, television, digital, and gaming.

Gregory has also led creative development for properties like Astro City, Lady Mechanika, Iron Druid, and Virgin, and helped build SYFY Films as a joint venture between Universal and Syfy, focused on transmedia genre storytelling. He later served as VP of Original Programming at Paramount+ International, where he oversaw global content development and acquisition.

As one of the few executives with proven success in both features and television, Gregory is also known for launching and structuring new creative divisions within large organizations. His early career included roles at CBS, New Line Cinema, and Gaumont, giving him deep roots in both domestic and international production models.

Currently, Gregory serves as Executive Producer for True View Entertainment and is helping lead the development of the upcoming series Piers Anthony’s Split Infinity. Paul Day | Executive Producer

Paul Day is a highly accomplished film and television editor, director, and producer with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. His body of work spans more than 200 hours of broadcast television and includes over 30 critically acclaimed series, such as Wednesday, Dark Matter, and Into the Badlands. Paul’s career reflects a deep commitment to the craft of visual storytelling, consistently delivering elevated, cinematic experiences across a broad spectrum of genres.

As a co-founder of the Canadian Cinema Editors (CCE), Paul has played a pivotal role in mentoring emerging talent and shaping the post-production landscape in Canada. He has served as the National Editing Representative for the Directors Guild of Canada and holds a long-standing membership with IATSE 891, underscoring his leadership and influence across multiple areas of production.

Paul’s extensive post-production expertise and mastery of visual effects have made him a trusted collaborator on high-profile projects for platforms including Netflix, ABC, Paramount, and Showtime. Kristi Morgan | Associate Producer

Kristi joins True View’s team as Associate Producer, bringing a unique and deeply personal connection to the material of Piers Anthony’s Split Infinity. As a lifelong reader and book lover, especially within the science fiction and fantasy genres, her passion for these worlds was sparked when her mother introduced her to Piers Anthony’s Xanth when she was in elementary school, and this led to a lifelong love for reading; particularly for all of Piers’ works.

Kristi began working with Piers as his publisher through her publishing company, when she reached out to him and introduced herself, explained how deep her fandom ran, and boldly asked if he would send any manuscripts her way. Kristi claimed to have read everything Piers has ever written, and he tested that knowledge because in his words, “people often say they’ve read everything, but they really mean they’ve read all of Xanth” because that is his most well-known series. Kristi passed the test, proving she truly has read everything he has written, and thus a working relationship and friendship was born.

The profound familiarity of the worlds and characters Piers has created, coupled with her academic achievements – Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Social Work, and MFA in Creative Writing – provides a rich and multifaceted foundation for her role.

Kristi has spent over a decade working in the publishing industry. While a pause was necessary for Kristi to deal with her health – being diagnosed with a rare and insidious stage 4 cancer in 2017, followed by lung metastases four years later, then more metastases a year after that – she took time off to receive treatment and recover, but her resilience and enduring spirit is evident in her current pursuit of regaining strength and functioning by touring the US as a vanlifer with her 3 cats.
